At Kimbo Coffee, we strive to ensure every cup is perfect; however, due to the perishable nature of our coffee products, we can only accept returns on unopened items or damaged equipment within 30 days of purchase.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unopened coffee bags or unused accessories in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
- 3.Ship to Roastery
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for delivery to our quality control center.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
